Help Talk to Text Language Switch

I was using the talk to text feature on my new Ascend II with no problems but must have hit something that changed the input voice language.

I've gone thru all the settings I can find and all are set to English but my voice texts still come out in Spanish.

How do I go about getting that back to English?
