Help Talkback makes my phone reboot

I have a brand new note 3 that when I use the talk back unit on occasions it will make my phone reboot I will go to turn it on there is about a 95% chance that it will work correctly but is that other 5% that's driving me crazy its like when I need it most someone's waiting on a answer and then it wants to power cycle itself off and turn itself back on then I must find the page I am legally blind and use this feature a lot. I have spoke with Samsung and they know nothing about this problem so they say Verizon has replaced the phone once and looking to replace it again that's no damn fun rebuilding your phone over and over

The note 3 has been replaced 3 times by Verizon. After building a troubleshooting record with Samsung they have inform me that they loaded the wrong baseband in the phone and I should now send it back to them for them to load a new baseband . At this point I have no faith at all in Samsung or Verizon they say they are fully tested then why am I having this problem. They probably turn the talk back unit on it said a few words and they mark did great someone needs to test it that really uses it.
