hey guys im pretty sure im not the only one but im rooted and i recently deleted talkback. but i use an app that notifies me that i have an instagram likes and it talks every time i click on my instagram app.
Sounds like either it's part of Instagram, (check its settings) or you left TalkBck enabled when you removed it. (Removing an app doesn't always disable it.)
