Help Tap to Answer instead of Swipe to Answer

Alright. I've been all over google and haven't found an answer to my question:

Is there any way to set my Note 8 to tap to answer/dismiss versus swipe to answer/dismiss? My Galaxy S7 could do that. If the Note 8 is so advanced, where is tap to answer?

I keep reading this is possible, then the conversation collapses into a discussion about apps that can do this because the OS doesn't have that function anymore. Now, I need a real answer. I hate swiping all the time because it seldom works for me.

Please help me get a real solution to my issue...

You know? I had the Note 8 and can't answer that question. I'm trying to remember. I guess I wasn't able to, no. One positive suggestion I can make is to contact Samsung directly for their take on this LINK

Android settings
Accessibility
Interaction and dexterity
Answering and ending calls

You can set the vol up button to answer a call - maybe that would help you?
