Help Tapping?

I have had my LG Risio for a while, and it seemed to be fine, but recently, my phone has had the issue of tapping on the bottom right corner.

-It occurs across all apps and even my lock screen.
-It occurs like waves; it occurs for a while before entering a period of normalcy.
-Rebooting does little to nothing to help.

I haven't seen this issue before, any tips/solutions, or should I get a new phone?

I'm not sure what you mean by tapping? Does the screen act like it's being pressed?

If yes, you could try factory resetting, but it sounds like its a hardware issue.

Yes, it will act as if I were constantly tapping on the screen
