Apps Target must be selected to create Avd/Win7

Hi, I am having trouble with getting the Android SDK to work with Windows 7. I keep getting the error message in the title. The program files are in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk-windows I am not sure what path this needs to be in. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

The android sdk folder should be placed somewhere it don't have spaces in its path, like C:\android-sdk-windows

Have you downloaded any targets via SDK manager?

I am still getting that message when I moved the folder to this location-- C:\android-sdk-windows I am not sure what causes this message, and according to my research a lot of people don't
