Task Killer

i am new to the world of android, and so far I'm loving it! i have the samsung galaxy s2 (tmobile) and i see that it has a task killer built into the OS. online I've read that task killers are bad for battery life and it makes sense. but because its built into the OS, is this phone an exception? or should i still refrain from using it?

if you mean the "active Apps" EXIT ALL and the "clear Memory" under Task Manager, don't worry about it, it's fine to use.
