Task manager on the Samsung s2

[Johnseeone]

With the download section in the task manager; when you tap on a app and look at the permissions (Network communication, storage, phone calls etc) does that mean the app can use these or what ive started to put a few on hide but would like to know more about it.

Thanks

Those are the permissions the apps need to have in order to work properly or have all their functions available.
