Hi,
I have searched endlessly on the net and various forums and have not found anyone with my specific issue so I thought I'd start a new thread. I have managed to set up tasker to switch auto sync on when wifi is on and to stay on for 3 minutes and then turn off every hour. What doesn't happen is when I turn wifi off and then back on again for whatever reason, the auto sync still waits until an hour has passed since the last sync, whereas I'd like it to almost reset everytime I turn wifi back on.
This is mainly so that when I wake up and turn my wifi on from being off all night, the auto syn starts straight away and then every hour from that point.
Is this possible at all?
My current profile looks like this:
Contexts:
Wifi connection
Time (only "repeat" selected with 1 hour)
Entry Task:
Auto sync on
wait 3 minutes
auto sync off
There is no exit task as this is a repeat context so this does not allow you or need to have an exit task.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
