tasker - (htc) pico tts problem?

ok,
i use tasker to tell me when my phone is fully charged through a voice command,
but everytime when i have pico tts (original htc voice recogniser), when my phone is fully charged it wont say anything, but what happens is that it displays a txt saying - tts: unsupported locale.

ive downloaded another voice (ivona) when i go to settings and switch it to ivona tasker WILL say the voice command?

why wont it work for pico tts?

I ran into a problem with custom ROMs on my OG Droid and now on my Bionic where not all languages are installed by default. Go to the phone settings with Menu > Settings > Voice input & output > Text-to-speech settings > and see if Install voice data is grayed out or available. If it's available, tap it and proceed to install the available voices. If this doesn't help, then it's not a problem I've encountered.

no thats fine cucz when i click on listen to example it says - this is an example of speech syntheis with pico

but the only thing grayed out is install voice data?? - probably grayed because its installed, as i can change languages.

but when i got to this setting and change it to ivona nothing is grayed out???
