Tasker -- Missed Notification Reminder profile

I'm trying to get this profile to work found in the Wiki here , but I can only get it to do so with messaging. Test Gmails and Calendar entries aren't triggering the Notification Task (both stock apps on ICS). I haven't had any Google voice messages, so don't know of that will work or not.

I've enabled the Tasker Accessibility Service and the only changes I made were the repeat time (from 10 min. to 2 min.) and the notification sound. Do I need to do anything else to get this working properly?

You probably need to reselect the app for each "Owner App" in the Notification contexts. Internally, Tasker identifies the app by the package name, and this can change from one device model to another. When I made those profiles I was using a OG Droid, and the package names would reflect that. I had to make these same changes when I got my Bionic, and again when I got my Galaxy Nexus. Additionally, on the Nexus I had to further limit the context to notifications not starting with the word "event" because creating or editing an event causes an "event created" or "event saved" message to be flashed, and for some reason Tasker is picking these up as notifications.

The missed calls profile uses the Missed Call state in Tasker, and the messaging profile uses the Unread Text context in Tasker. That's why these work without modification. All of the others are based on "Owner App" of the notifications.

Actually I had already tried that. It didn't help. So maybe it's my HTC Vivid, ICS, or the fact I'm using Apex launcher. And then, when I created a Quick Event for Calendar, the notification popped up and I couldn't get rid of it. LOL. (That might be what you referred to. )

Anyway, I gave up on it. All I really need is a reminder if I miss a call, as I don't always hear my phone. I thought the Wiki had something like that, but I don't see it. Can you point me the right direction?

Edit: That's OK, I found one in the " What have you done ..." thread. :-)
