Help Taskmanager

Can someone tell me why i have programes running in taskmanager that i have not even opened example maps,notes,ect i kill all do nothing on phone look again in 5mins and they are running again this must be useing resources any help?
 
It's fine, just leave them as is. Having stuff running or held in RAM to be opened quickly when you need them is just how Android works.

You actually use more resources by closing them because Android will just open them again (as you've seen). I can get you some links if you want more info?
