Tasks for Android

[SelimCinek]

Hey guys,

We have just released our task app for Android called "Tasks", which features a beautiful ICS interface. We adapted it to all screen sizes and backported it to Android 2.2+ using the same visual design.

Features
Features include sync with Google Tasks and the use of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich design language.

Powerful
The application matches all the features found on Google Inc.

Certainly looks pretty.

Is there any support for sharing tasks? I would want to be able to have my wife send me a grocery list from her phone.

What about calendar support? Shared calendar support?

Tasker (locale) support for location reminders?

You say there is multi account support. So on our shared tablet (damn you Google for you half assed multi user support!) we could switch between users easily, correct?

Hi drhill,

Thank you very much for your feedback!
The current state of our planning is visible in this post:

Sharing is currently not directly supported, due to the Google Tasks backend (see post). However you can share your grocery list by creating a common Google account and adding that one to both of your devices.

Using multiple accounts is easy: You can simply select the account of interest in the action bar and see the corresponding lists.

Best,
Selim

Nice app. One thing I would like to see is a way to batch add tasks. Like if I am making a grocery list, I just want to type:

drinks
chips
fruit

Without having to go to the new task screen all the time. All those won't have a due date, notes, etc.

I've moved this to the applications announcements forum as this is where folks go to find new apps.
