Can the TB be unlocked and used overseas (UK)?

So, in the place where you can turn LTE on and off, it says GSM service: In Service. Is that not the same GSM?

When you turn LTE off, you're using CDMA...unless you got some sort of special edition Thunderbolt.

You might check and see if any overseas markets are testing out LTE. I don't believe that there are plans in European markets to go to the same LTE versions that Verizon and AT&T are going will, but it's possible, I suppose.
