.tcookieid files on my SDcard

Hello.

i just noticed today a file, .tcookieid (33 bytes in length, dated yesterday, opened file, about 30 characters of Hex), has appeared on my Galaxy S3 mini in every folder on my SD card. anyone know what it is?

My device is Galaxy S3 mini running Cyanogenmod 11 Android 4.4.4

Had the same issue today (oct. 30, 2014) saying that yesterday .tcookieid was modified In every single folder of my micro sd card, on my Galaxy S4 M919. Anyone have any info on what this is? Anything would be helpful, thanks everyone
