Help Teathering (USB) / 3g Hotspot (WIFI)

Ok,

I understand that on the fascinate that you have to sign up for 3g Hotspot?.. How about teathering?.. Does verizon charge for USB teathering?...

As far as I know, to access the internet on your PC through your phone requires an additional $20 per month fee, according to Verizon.

That being said, I'm using PDAnet for fairly light surfing and am staying well within my data range. It works well and is free.
