Can I unlock MetroPCS cdma Galaxy S3 SCH-R350M for GSM Sim

The SIM in that model will only be for LTE data. The phone will not work with 2G or 3G on a GSM network, either for voice or data. There's nothing you can do about this - the cellular hardware is different.
