1. In telegram the messages and photos I received and read, sometimes the sender will delete them, how to recover telegram delete messages and photos?

2. During I am not using the phone, sometimes the sender has sent messages and photos to me and deleted them before I open to read them, how to see the messages and photos that are deleted by the sender before I open to read them?

I don't use telegram, but

1. You can back up your chats and photos. But once they are deleted, they are deleted.

2. You can't. Again deleted is deleted.

I sometimes use it though, to annoy people, but yeah you can save your chats and everything.
But once they are deleted they are deleted.

If the sender decides to have them deleted after a certain time, they are unrecoverable, period.
Only option is to contact the sender to resend them
