Help TeleNav vs Google navigation & my TeleNav will not open

On the SG2, the TeleNav (which was on the phone when I bought it) was working and today when I click the Use Basic Navigation at no charge button it will not open. The button clicks and lights, but does not take me anywhere - just stays on the same screen. GPS is turned on. I have turned off the phone and turned it back on. Any suggestions?

Google Navigation works fine, however, I have found that a lot of folks prefer TeleNav. Any thoughts on the two and which is the better?
 
I tried Tele Nav one time only. That was all it took to bring me back to using Navigation. I had GPS on also and it showed me 2 miles away from where I actually was. Navigation has never let me down. IMO
