Wow unbelievable, the past 2 some odd weeks I've tried everyday to login my account to find it half functional in one way or another and I have to pay this week. Even *611 is out of whack right now, constant disconnects and not even being able to get through. Looks like I have to go to a store and physically pay up, not good when they're pushing paperless with this crappy server instability.
 
I created the updated account back in June, I can log in, just most of the account pages are either missing, or states service unavailable or the "connection peer has been reset". Even trying to get through CS on the phone has been bad.
 
Yea ive had alot of problems lately with it changing my password and then i would have to reset it. But since they added the ability to login with email address you will be prompted to setup a new profile and since then i haven't had a problem
