Can Anybody tell me where are the temp files stored in Android ICS.

If you have a file manager capable of wildcard searching (e.g., ES File Explorer or X-plore), look for *cache and you'll find most of them. There is also a system pool of temp files that can be cleared (or "flushed") by doing a recovery boot.
