I don't know why it does that on my phone. I tend to get bootloops when switching them roms. Usually take a few wipes and reboots into recovery until the problem fixes itself and one rom would boot.

make sure you are wiping all partitions (except sd card) on each flash and that you have the correct hboot too...

I was mainly on JBear 1.50 hboot. It seems to work better with senseless roms for me for some reason. Always had problems with sense roms especially Viper3d. That rom scares me whenever I flash it. haha But when successfully booted, Viper3d is an awesome rom. 
Anyhow, I've decided to run the RUU to save myself further headache and bootloops. Went back to stock and was surprised how fast the stock rom is haha. Got the OTA and Flashed Unlocked Potential, anthrax'ed it and now I have a beastly stockish rom.
