Help Tesco hudl

With hudl2 connected via USB cable to my pc I'v transferred photos and videos from Hudl to pc but on the list of folders on PC after entering Hudl clicking on interall storage bar(sd card clear) I cannot find any windows documents or PDFs. I have ES file manager and view them on this system bu I want to remove them to my pc so I can do a reset on the hudk. I can't find anything that tells you how to move these files to my pc. Help please I don't want to lose PDFs they are repair instructions for my caravan facilities

Ok... This is cheating a bit... As it isn't solving whatever is going on with the USB...


But

You could copy them from the hudl to some cloud storage site... Google drive, Dropbox, one drive etc.

Once they are there you can log in on your laptop and copy them across that way (and you've backed up your data in the process )

Connect your hudl to PC and search using Windows explorer by selecting the Hudl, then in the dropdown search box type *.pdf to search for pdf files. For word use doc or docx preceeded by the "*" which is the wildcard choice and "."
