Tesoar Tablet is locked

My sons brand new tablet is locked and I can not get past the initial password screen. I do not see a reset button on the tablet and there is nothing in the 'manual' that troubleshoots this. Can anyone help?

Keep putting in password. It should eventually ask for your gmail address and password (for the gmail address). Put that in and it'll unlock.

Then redo the screen lock password. (It's possible that your son changed it to keep you out. Think like the kid you were at his age.)
