If not... what device/browser? Or maybe the complaint is Tapatalk related?

Visible but no animation in TT mobile. It's fine in mobile Chrome both visible and animated.

Looks ok in Atlas and Javelin on my phone.

Reported to Phases last night when it wasn't working on mobile browsers, link included showing the problem - working as of this morning.

Maybe trello wasn't updated?

I see it and it works on Boat Browser and Tapatalk pro.
