I believe this was #2 All have been pretty consistent.

I use "usb tether router", it is a pay app but other users have had good results with some of the free ones.

if you've rooted your phone (like with framaroot using the gandolf method i think it was called if you havnt rooted you can use that if you wish) you can use TrevE mod wifi tether works fine for me only problem i ran across is that after you use it the phone can't seem to turn wifi use back on simple solution tho just restart the phone and wifi works again thats the only problem i've had with it can find it and the settings to use here http://androidforums.com/boost-mobile-warp-4g-all-things-root/832730-working-wifi-tether.html
