Help Tethering? Is this possible yet?

Hello, I have the Verizon Galaxy S.

Does anyone have a solution for tethering? I found an app called Tether Plus at Handango - BlackBerry Apps, Android Apps, Windows Mobile Apps & More, not sure if anyone has used it.

I have a Galaxy S running 2.1 (though not Verizon), and with the modifications Samsung included to the operating system you can tether via either usb or become a wifi AP.

To enable USB tethering: Settings> About phone > USB settings > PC Internet (or ask on connection)

To turn on AP: Settings >Wireless and Network >Mobile AP settings

This phone seems to be different, as I do not have any of those options.

Well, I'd like to share what I just found, that worked very well.

PdaNet -- USB Tether/Bluetooth DUN for Android

It's pretty self explanatory, Desktop app & android app, very simple and works. However, if you like it, after the trial ends, they'll want 29.00 for the app. But appears to be worth it if you would use it a lot.
