Root Tethering? Ms323 (MetroPCS)

Dang... cant figure out this agent switcher crap for my lg l70 please if somone could help me figure this crap out id be much abliged..

I found out i got ie11 pluss i got that switcher also lol... guess idk how to use it cuz it only works with youtube or google surch and facebook.. how do i set this user switcher up?
 
Dang i can do all kinds of crap with my phone.. lol but i cant figure out how to use this switcher thing.. damn i feel stupid
 
Jajajaja that sound like a good deal... But due to my job i can't get in to those offers... I travel a lot so most of my time im @ an airport , hotel or tv station... I will definitely help u the much i can...
I just did an L70 root.flashed simplicity n tether hack for a friend so I'll definitely will knw what is it that u need.
 
I got it set to defalt on current chrome i tried android 2.3 and android tablet android droid 2 but i got an lg l70 lol and i dont see that option lmao

The current default ua of chome doesn't work u. Hav2 set it up with ie9 and it will work
 
Ok so i put it on 9 and it still only works with youtube and so i go to likegoogle surch love.. and if i click any link it hangs.. does nothing still
 
But if when it hangs.. witch is everytime .. somtimes if i type https:// it will work after it warns me that it could hurt my computer and crap but only still with somtimes when i type https
 
Ok... Do this chage ur apn ... Go to settings network.tethering... Click on ur apn settings click on the one u have .... Write those settings.... make a new one. But where it says default,mms,supl.... Write default,mms,supl,dun
Chage ur apn protocol to ipv4...
Save check that as ur default apn reboot n try
 
Bro i got to the apn area were it says fast.metro.com but the rest of what your saying sounds like lol a dif language to me my man sorry bro that im such a nob here
 
Ok i kept everything the same when making new one.. just changed apn and protocal was already set to Ipv4 woooot brb going to see if it works
 
Ok ts said already saved .. and damn bro it worked!!! Your the man .... soo ok 1 last question .. i got this site called popcorn time and its a movie player but its still saying metro wifi restrictions asking me to pay
