Tethering on Wind mobile (Canada)

I am looking to switch to Wind from Koodo. I am interested in the Wind 40 plan which includes unlimited data. I really need to use this data for tethering since I am trying to avoid spending $50 a month on cable internet. Between my time on campus and with the tethering I should be fine. However, I am really confused about whether I am allowed to tether my phone with this Wind 40 plan. It seems like an add-on may need to be purchased, but it is not clear. My current phone is a Nexus S and I plan on keeping it when I make the switch.
