tethering possible on MetroPcs Indulge sch-r910?

I have a samsung indulge sch-r910 4g phone that I would like to be able to use for tethering or creating a wifi hotspot so I can use my laptop at work. Is there an app out there that will make this possible?

Unfortunately, Metro PCS does not currently allow tethering on phones that they carry:
