Hi. I'm looking for a tethering app that needs to fit the following qualifications:
Wifi connection, not usb.
Root not required. I've rooted before, but I've opted not to with my s3.
JELLY BEAN SUPPORT!
My phone - Verizon SIII SCH-I535, Android 4.1.1.
I purchased and used FoxFi for a long time and it worked flawlessly until today when I received the JB update....so I hope there's another option that supports JB. I'm a little hesitant to use the built in hotspot feature, as I'm afraid Verizon will put a damper in our rather long, and expensive, relationship over the last 8 years.
And I'm trying to avoid rooting at all costs; although the more research I do, the more I see I might have no other choice until FoxFi dev's make their app compatible with JB.
Thanks for your help, guys.
