Root Tethering?

what's the best app to use for tethering? and will boost charge for tethering on my account? ?
 
I use EasyTether ( paid version ) for USB and WiFi Tether for WiFi connection...... Well, so far Boost hasn't charged me, but I think it depends on how much you use it and how much data you're using..... If you consider using it 24/7 as your permanent connection, there might be trouble........... I only use it from time to time to browse a bit and check e-mail and I didn't had any trouble so far........

Klink for about $7 gives you wired tether and no root needed.

Also with wired tether you have more security, the Prevail doesn't heat up nearly as much, and there is no battery drain.



Most tethering apps are seen as apps so no extra fees.
 
LordVincent's suggestion is the same one that I've been using. Works wonders.

BTW. Anyone try foxfi? Does it work? I've always had root so I never bothered with it...
 
Klink for wired tether and LordVincent's suggestion for wireless.

I've used Klink since before I rooted my phone and it has never let me down. I see that the price has gone up a bit on it since I purchased it though. I paid .99 cents for the app over a year ago.
 
I use "Wi-Fi tether for root users" it's found on the market but you need an older version for it to work...works fine for me...I'll post a link if you'd like
