Most of the time my text icon on my screen will say I have 1 new text when I do not. Nothing I do seems to get rid of the [1] notification on the screen, the light will not flash - just the icon on the screen. When I get a new text it will not change to [2] but if I have 2 new texts then it will say [2]. I have tried everything short of a factory reset which I really rather not do. Is there any other suggestions, has anybody else had this issue?
