Help text censorship still censoring

All of a sudden my voice to text is censoring my words EVEN though in my settings it is set to NOT block offensive words.
I even factory reset my phone and reset it to not censor but its still doing it. Grrrr

Is this happening to anyone else?

I honestly couldn't tell ya, 'cause I don't say swear words when I text, or email for that matter.
