Text Editor with Search and Replace functionality?

I don't know about an app, but if you have a terminal emulator and busybox, you can use vi.

TxtPad Lite is a pretty good editor and it has search and replace.

Thanks, I tried Txtpad Lite, but it force closed when replacing, but the market comments did less me to Sheditor, which fit the bill nicely.

I hope you emailed the circumstances of the FC to the developer; he's been responsive when I've interacted with him. I haven't actually tried the find and replace function, as I don't need it for my use of the editor; I just noticed that it was there. Glad you found something you like, though.
