Help text fails, but recipient gets multiple texts??

my wife has a stock phone using the stock text app. she is having an issue with texting. sometimes she will send out a text to a person but it keeps coming back with a failed at sending. but the person she tried to send it to will keep getting the same exact text several times..

Yes!

My wife and I both have the SF. She sent me a text that I received over 200 times. The same text just kept going until she reset her phone. It was the most annoying thing that has ever happend to me!

Im afraid my phone will do this. One time I booted up my phone and it sent messages I had sent days ago to my contacts. I really am afraid my SF text is going to get me fired one of these days.
