Help Text message Failed, how to find out when they tried to send

My wife said she tried to text me, but the messages failed to send. She sent me a screenshot showing the texts with the red exclamation mark. Is there a way to find out when she originally attempted to send these? Screenshot doesn't show any timestamp, it just says "Failed"

No unless they are time stamped I am not aware of a way to find out the time. Is she able to send sms now?
