Text message formatting

[Android Question]

I accidentally hit something and my text messages can only be put in using my handwriting. How do I go back to having access to the standard keyboard?

Hi

Normally, at the top of the handwriting entry area there is a small keyboard icon (to the left of the space bar) which will restore the normal keyboard.
