Help Text Message Notifications

I must have checked something off for text notifications. I am getting two different notifications (at the same time ) for text messages on samsung galaxy s3. How do I get back to just my original one?

Uncheck the box marked "delivery reports", that should do it.:)
 
Is it just the notification sound that's playing twice or do you have two notifications when you pull down the notification bar. If it's two notifications in the notification bar could you get a friend to send you a text. Then when the text comes through long press on the notification and it should come up with app info. Select this and it'll tell you which app sent the notification. Do that on both and you'll be able to tell if they're coming from the same place.

I am getting two different notifications sounds with one text message
 
Had a text sent and still got two different sounds. Pulling down the notification bar only shows text messaging.
