Text Message Won't Delete

Thanks, it can't open, it's a "message"? in the notification bar and not the the message box.

That's the same thing that happen to my phone. How do I get is off? I really don't know how to take it off, but the message is on my notification drop-off thing. When I click the message it takes me to a blank page to create a message.
