hi see when i received a text message there is no sound and my volume is up and it jsut vibrate and how do i sort this problem
 
There are a number of different volume settings. Check the notification volume is on as well as the ringer (some android versions link these, some do not). Then check the notification options in your message app's settings to make sure it is set to make a sound. Most message apps let you test the notification as well.
