Help Text messages send but other person does not recieve?

So right now I'm on GC01 (Digging it so far) However. I have a problem where some people are not receiving my text messages, even though on my end it says they are sent. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

If some people are receiving them, then it sounds like a network issue. I have seen where a message gets "lost in the fog", and then turns up on the recipient's phone more than a day later.

I've had people respond to texts more than 3 weeks after I tried to send them, much to my chagrin. Often texts receive out of order. It's not perfect.

Weird thing is that I've never had this issue on AOSP / AOSP-based ROMs. I tried out Super Nexus yesterday and everyone was receiving my texts. I ODIN'd back to GC01 this morning. Problem came back. had to send the same message 3 times. A friend showed me a screenshot of her texts and out of all 3 texts I sent her she received one.

Odd, I've never experienced that under any of the ROMs I have been on. I have had one get lost in the fog, but it showed up some time later. SMS messages do not have the same priority as phone calls etc on the cellular network, and so if the network is extra busy, the text gets delayed.
