Any help will be greatly appreciated. This is so aggervting cause I hate repeating myself....lol, Thank you in advance for your time.
1) When I send a text message they say it is all symbols!
2) My wallpaper changes itself frequently.

What phone?
What Android version?
What SMS app? (the stock one or custom).
If you look in your sent, does the text look like symbols?
Wallpaper changes... by itself?
Did the two problems start at the same time
When did they start? Is it a new phone with immediate problem or a phone that used to work ok until something happened?
Have you tried rebooting since the problem occurred?
