Text messaging warning

ok this is driving me crazy. i will be text people back and forth and after a bunch i get a message saying

"Messaging is sending a large number of SMS messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages"

and it just will do it until i stop text for awhile.

does anyone know how to turn this off cause its really starting to get annoying and i cant figure it out

It's a security feature to prevent bad apps from sending out mass messages in the background without your knowledge.

There should be a setting somewhere on your phone to change the text limit per hour. Since I'm using a custom rom mine doesn't have it (I do not get that message), so I'm unable to tell you exactly where the setting is located.

Android has a stop gap in place that gives you that warning if you send more than 100 messages in an hour. I don't believe there is any way to stop that other than installing an app like Go SMS Pro or Handcent. One of those allows up to 1000 in an hour before handing out that warning
