Help Text Messaging

[Android Question]

Hi,

When I had my Note 4 I was blue in the text messages and the other person was yellow.

Now I've upgraded to an S7 it is the other way round and there doesn't appear to be any way to change it. Does anybody have an idea?

You might need a 3rd party texting app if the included one doesn't have that option in the settings.

Textra lets you change the colors, I'm sure others do as well.

Chomp user here, same developer as Textra but I like it better. Either is a good choice.

Finally switched to Textra because chomp is bugging out on me with the latest update (not even clear data and reset fixed it. Annoying). Paid for both anyway. Keep both on my phone so I can switch anytime. I do miss the additional options on Chomp though.

When I press the + to add an image, chomp gives me an error and stops working. Clearing data didn't help. An uninstall-restart-reinstall din though. But I'm using Textra right now. I just liked the customization more on Chomp, but Textra has smoother animations.
