Text Notification Pic

Hello all,

On my old phone contact pics would show up when I got a text. Like the contact picture was where the badge usually is. I loved that!!! I don't remember how I got that. Most likely a 3rd party app. I doubt it's a native setting. If anyone has any ideas, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks, guys!!

what phone do you have? i have this automatically setup on my samsung z fold 3. i also had it on my note 8, note 10+ as well. no need for a separate app.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra. How did you set it up? Where do I go in settings? Thanks for the reply.

Go to contacts. Choose the contact you want and hit the info icon. Then edit at the bottom. Then click the icon at the top and it will give you the option of where you wish to choose the image from.

You can add/change an icon(picture) for every contacts in the Contacts app on your Android phone.
