Text notification shortcut

Is there a way to make a shortcut on my home screen to turn off text notifications? I leave my phone on vibrate when I sleep in case of a call, but the text vibrate wakes me up also. I would like a quick way to turn the notification on and off.

I did some experimenting. In text notifications with vibrate turned off it does not vibrate when sound is on. If I turn phone volume down to vibrate, texts vibrate even with the vibrate notification unchecked. Is this suppose to be like that?

I use MacroDroid to turn off all system sounds at night.
I have it set to start at 22:00 hours, and to auto cancel when I unlock the screen.

I have the Alarm Clock set to ignore all other commands, so it always works.

I don't want to turn off all commands I want to be able to hear the phone vibrate if I get a phone call but no text notification I guess I just have to turn off all text notifications at night. I was hoping for a shortcut just to do that instead of going into the settings
