Help Text & Phone Memory Full?

Help! I am getting so mad and about ready to throw this phone out the car window!
Let me start out by saying I only have about 5 apps downloaded, I had more but I keep having to delete them because it says my phone memory is getting full. And it wont let me receive texts!
I keep clearing all of my texts. I also transfered the apps it would let me to my memory card. But I cant delete the stupid apps I never use that came on the phone (uno, loopt, etc)
Anyway, any ideas on how to clear up some space or how to get some apps, like facebook, to go on my memory card.
I have turned my phone off and on. I get 2 texts then it says full again.

Memory card = sd card

Yeah you have to root your phone to get those apps off and then download root explorer to delete them. Also check out "cache cleaners" on the market. Alot of them are free and will delete the cache that builds up on the phone and free up room.

Haha, welcome to Android Forums.

I feel you there, I'm about ready to eat my phone. Rooting and removing some bloatware will defiantly change the current experience.

Yea I have an SD card and have everything moved that I can, unfortunartly the apps I do use can't be moved. Facebook, Tumblr and Pandora. I will try the rooting thing though.
I just deleted all my texts and it still says text memory is full! AHHH!

Impossible, maybe your Cache or something else is eating it up.

Unless you got 7723 messages like my friend, possibly.

I got that error and discovered that my sms were being saved to my SIM card. I'm still trying to change that setting, but I'm having difficulty locating it. (

In the meantime, every time I enter the stock messaging app, I click settings->manage SIM card messages and have to save individual messages to the phone. Messages then appear in the phone's app, and in the sms threads they belong to.

If anyone knows of a fix or the thread to adjust the settings, that would be fantastic!!
