text saying need web browser update

I keep getting a text message saying I need to update my web browser. I have a lg optimus dynamic when I press the link it sends me to net 10 homepage and I don't know where to go to upgrade it
 
I highly doubt your carrier is asking you to update your browser via a text message. It is most likely a spam trying to get you to install a suspicious app.
