Help Text suddenly large

So just two days ago all my in app texts got quite a bit larger. I have all my settings to medium or small and they are just huge. Any ideas???

Check your settings.
There are fond settings under display.
There is also a Large text option under Accessibility.

That was the first thing I tried... everything appears small out of apps.

Did you install any new apps or updates just before the problem started?

No but my phone did update that night though. Like its not a huge deal, it just sort of bugs me. Lol
